如何在歐洲保護商標?
歐洲注冊商標的四種方式：
國家方式：如果需要在一個成員國保護商標，可以直接向相關國家知識產權局申請商標；
The regional route: if protection is needed in Belgium/Netherlands and/or Luxembourg, a trademark application can be made before the Benelux Office of Intellectual Property (BOIP);
地區途徑：如需保護比利時/荷蘭和/或盧森堡的商標，可向比荷盧知識產權局(BOIP)申請商標；
The European route: if protection is needed in several member states of the European Union (EU), a trademark application can be made for an EU trademark before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO);
歐洲方式：如果需要保護歐盟(EU)部分成員國的商標，可以向歐洲知識產權局(EUIPO)申請歐盟商標
國際方式：可以使用國家、地區或歐盟商標申請，將保護范圍擴大到任何簽署了《馬德里議定書》的國家。
